While housing sales are breaking records, there is no such appetite in the production sector. Real estate companies are evaluating this period more as a preparation phase, pointing to 2026 for new investments, while an ambitious project with investment magnitude has been launched for sale in the center of Istanbul.
The partnership of 'Yiğit Group, Kubba Construction, DBH Group' that won the tender organized by Emlak Konut REIT with its revenue sharing model pressed the button for the 'Symphony Etiler' housing project. Reminding that they acquired the land where there were squatter houses in the past through tender 1.5 years ago, Yiğit Group Vice Chairman Önder Yiğit said, 'We had offered 7 billion 34 million TL as total revenue expectation in the tender. Today our expectation is around 14 billion TL. The investment value of the project is 10 billion TL.'
Yiğit, who said they built the project on a total of 13,500 square meters of land, shared the following information: 'We preferred a low-rise, horizontal architecture. Because people are no longer looking for crowds in city life, but for spaces to breathe. In the project, there are a total of eight blocks, one of which is a residence. In our residence block, we have a total of 78 apartments, 1+1 and 2+1. The said apartments vary between 60 and 110 square meters. In the other seven blocks with apartment options ranging from 3+1 to 6+1, we have a total of 127 apartments.'
2,000 PRE-ORDERS
Önder Yiğit, who stated that they collected over 2,000 pre-orders before the sale, said that the square meter sale price in homes to be delivered at the end of 2027 starts from 285,000 TL, and apartment prices start from 23 million TL. Kubba Construction Vice Chairman Ömer Emre Kubba, who stated that the project stands out with its location and is close to dining venues, culture-art centers, education and health institutions, said: 'Symphony Etiler is actually not just a home, but also offers a strong investment opportunity. Because there are very few earthquake-resistant, luxury and quality projects in such a central location in Istanbul.'
